Rear Extension with good old London Clay.
Client has had previous problems with deep excavation so opted for Screw Piles. Associated problems are, on boundaries collapse, large earth removal of approx 150 tons!, blocking small school road, large concrete lorries, concrete pumps, piling matt, weather delays going into winter, dangers of deep excavation 3m! Top of the list keeping a good relationship with the neighbours. This project took 2 days, lots less stress and mess.
Time is money, screw piles can save money and the stress associated with construction building these days.
