Haringey Council had approached Modularwise for a solution to aging rear extensions. Access was impossible for tracked machinery so hand held equipment was the only solution.
Due to soft ground conventional concrete foundations were out of the question due to depth required to support the structure to satisfy building control regulations.
We have provided full pile supply, design and warranty for these installations.
